For the benefit of the pilgrims, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board provides clean, well maintained and very economical accommodation. This accommodation is available at Jammu (at Vaishnavi Dham,Kalika
Dham and Saraswati Dham near Railway Station), at Katra (at Niharika, Shakti Bhawan
and Ashirwad Bhawan situated at the Bus stand) Katra. Another 700 bedded accommodation, Trikuta Bhawan, Katra is available for the Yatries. This building is situated near the 2nd Yatra counter (YRC II), Katra.
Spiritual Growth Centre, Katra is available for the Yatries. This building is situated
near Asia Chowk (approx. 1 km from Main Bus Stand Katra). Accommodation for the Yatries is also available at Adkuwari, Sanjichatt and Bhawan.
For the convenience of the Yatries, a number of halls have been provided at at Adhkuwari, Sanjichhat & Bhawan. Pilgrims can take rest here while waiting for their turn for the Darshans of the Holy Goddess or before proceeding further. These halls are available free of cost but their availability is on a first come first served basis. Pilgrims can also spend the night in these halls. Toilet facilities have been made available here.
For the convenience of the pilgrims, Blanket Stores, Toilet Blocks, Bhojanalayas & Catering Units and a Medical Aid Centre have been opened up in the near vicinity of these accommodations units.
During days of heavy rush, free accommodation is also made available at Katra in the Niharika complex. Accommodation in the form of sheds is also made available near the Yatra Parchi counter II (YRC-II), adjacent to the New Bus Stand (Bus Stand No. II ). Besides accommodation, blankets are also provided free of cost.
For online booking you can register through our website create user name and password, close all links and open the website page again. Logon with the user name and password, click on room booking,
enter the details select location, date etc. At the end it will shows payment gateway you click on that, link will open the bank site you can enter credit card number, CVV
number (at back side of credit card) and expiry date. If the bank accept your
credit card your booking is completed. You can obtain the booking receipt printout.
If the message appear for Non secure site you can click on yes.
For check your booking you can logon with username and password, click on
successful transactions it will shows all transactions which is successful click
on print option and obtain the booking receipt printout.. Otherwise if booking
shows in failure transactions, you can check with your bank if your amount deducted please mail your transaction detail trace no., order no. or username and transaction date at

70%
of the
Fare
shall be refunded to the Yatris who have booked
their
Room/Dormitory
booking
through
Shrine Board’s official website, and have
subsequently cancelled their tickets online for
whatever reasons. Remaining
30%
of the amount for the booked ticket shall accrue
to the Shrine Board as processing charges.
The cancellation can be made upto (and not
after) 02
days before the scheduled date of travel.
The refund shall be made ordinarily by the
Shrine Board within 15 days from the date of
cancellation of the tickets.
The amount of refund shall be reimbursed online
into the same account of the Debit/Credit Card
through which the transaction was made for
booking of the tickets.
